Our Production Facility

Our newly commissioned milk and dairy production facility is designed to offer sustainable and reliable solutions to our corporate customers with its high-capacity production infrastructure and process-oriented approach. Our facility operates with modern production technologies on a 90,000 m² outdoor area and 29,624 m² indoor area. In our facility, which has a daily raw milk processing capacity of 1,000 tons, we produce skimmed and whole milk powder, 65-40% fat cream, butter, and AMF (Anhydrous Milk Fat). Our production lines are structured in accordance with the technical requirements of each product group, and all processes are managed through real-time monitoring and control systems.

In our milk powder production, we offer instant and low heat production options based on the intended use of the products and customer needs. Quality and food safety are among our fundamental priorities in all production processes.

Our storage infrastructure is planned to ensure the preservation of products under conditions suitable for their physical and chemical properties, supporting operational continuity with a total warehouse capacity of 28,500 pallets.
