All raw milk accepted into our facility is controlled on a per-vehicle basis for physical, chemical, and microbiological parameters in our Raw Milk Analysis Laboratory, which is equipped with state-of-the-art devices. Following these analyses, milk that meets our quality criteria is transferred to our raw milk tanks to be included in the production process.

In line with our quality and food safety systems established based on international standards, all our products are monitored through systematic controls at every stage of production.

Our processes are structured in accordance with the knowledge gained from our long-standing production experience in the food and agriculture sectors, as well as risk analyses conducted by our expert teams. Every stage of the process is monitored and managed through automation systems and real-time controls. After the compliance of the products with the specified standards is verified in our process and final product control laboratories, they are dispatched to our customers.

Thanks to this approach, traceable, safe, and high-quality products are produced in our facility from raw material to the final product; our understanding of quality and food safety is managed sustainably with a structure based on customer satisfaction.
